Waterway Artworks accepts Visa and MasterCard for online credit card purchases.

How:  After selecting your items, view the shopping cart and finalize your tax and delivery options. 
Click on the "Purchase" button.  Your order will proceed to a Safe Shopping Secure Server. You will be prompted to enter your credit card information on the secure ordering form. You must provide the exact name on the credit card, billing address and telephone number that your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay or the charge may be denied by your bank.  For your own protection, you should never provide your credit card number on an e-mail message.

If you prefer, you can pay for your purchases by money order, cashier’s check, company check or personal checks in U.S. Dollars only.    Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check.
For personal and company checks, allow up to ten (10) business days after receipt for banking clearance of funds before the order is processed. There is a $25 fee on all returned checks.

How to Cancel all or a portion of your Order

If you want to cancel an order placed, send us an e-mail.  Be sure to provide your name, e-mail address, order confirmation number, the product/item number you want to cancel, and all other available information you have. With any change or cancellation, please e-mail us as soon as possible.  We cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.   If the item(s) have already been shipped, you will need to return the product through our normal return procedure. 

Waterway Artworks is committed to providing a safe and secure shopping experience. We have taken extra precautions to make sure that all customers personal information remains confidential.

How it works:    When you place an order and provide your credit card number through our Secure Server, your credit card information is encrypted so that it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet when you use the form provided in our Shopping Cart.  For your protection, do not ever send your credit card information utilizing regular e-mail.

Special order items not shown in our shopping mall, such as custom printing and personalized cards are available . Please call us at 904-724-2666 or e-mail us your request with a detailed description of what you are looking for and we will promptly respond.

 

We are committed to providing you with exceptional service. Orders for all in stock items are processed and shipped from Waterway Artworks within 1-2 business days. Shipping to the continental USA only.  For Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, e-mail us your request with what products you wish to purchase and we will e-mail the shipping cost to you for you to pay by check.  International orders are not accepted at this time.

PO boxes are not allowed for UPS delivery. Deliveries are Monday through Friday, holidays excluded.  Signature is requested at the time of delivery to ensure your order has arrived to you safely.

To find out when you will receive your order, add 1-2 days handling to your shipping choice below:
UPS Standard Ground Delivery.  Base rate is $5.95. Allow up to 5 business days for shipping; however, most orders are delivered within 3-4 days.
UPS Two-Day Delivery. Allow 2 business days for shipping.

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise, you may return it to us within 30 days for a refund. Returned merchandise must be unused and undamaged in the original packaging for a full refund. A 20% surcharge will apply to items returned without original packaging.

Custom ordered items and personalized stationery cannot be exchanged or returned except due to an error on our part. 

For your assurance that returned merchandise is received back at Waterway Artworks safely, we suggest you send returns via U.S. postal service, insured delivery.   All return shipping charges are paid by the customer.

Include a copy of your invoice with the returned item(s) circled and your telephone number and e-mail address in case we need to contact you. Send returns to:

Our return center cannot process exchanges.  If you have found another item on our site that you would prefer over one you have received, place a separate order for the new item and return the unwanted item for a refund.
